Depending on the size, type and the additional services of the event you want to book, it may take:

– One week (depending on the availability)  to six months for small events that include soloists, pianoforte, or small ensembles

– Up to one year in advance for large-scale orchestra and concerts that take place in Theaters, Concert, or Conference Halls and has to do with the arrangements of many tasks like for instance booking Venue, tickets, accommodation, food, etc.

The voice of the lyric singer can penetrate the full sound of an orchestra and the same stands with any solo instrument. There is no need for microphone – sound amplification, unless the concert takes place in a very large and open space, or there are special conditions that we need to be considered.

Depending on the needs of your event,  we can use a pianoforte, a small ensemble, or even an orchestra for larger events.

Big events that include many participants, are better to be planned ideally one year or at least six months in advance so that we can have better options regarding the requirements aforementioned, but also to serve you at an optimum level. Depending on the size and duration of the program required, two to four professional lyric singers can easily cope. Our professional lyric singers are of a high artistic level and have performed in major theaters in Greece and abroad.

The duration of the program always depends on the size and type of your event. 

If the concert is to be accompanied by additional services such as fine dining, the concert could take place before or – traditionally – after dinner, depending on your desire.

Prices always depend on the number of lyricists or soloists, the accompaniment, the travel and overnight stay if required and also the exclusive additional services that you will select.

Once we have discussed the type of the event you desire, we will send you a written offer with the options that match your event, in ordet to choose witch one is the best one for you.

Ideally before any concert, musicians need to do a rehearsal on stage, or to check the microphones and sound amplification if necessary. The rehearsal can take place from in between the previous day, to one an hour before the concert, depending on the occasion and the arrangments.
